Privately commissioned as a humorous take on a monument for the departed.
The cartoonish proportions and boisterous gait of the piece appear to be gently poking fun at the certainty of what is coming for us all in the end. The highly polished finish forces the viewer into direct reflection, albeit with the absurdity of a funhouse mirror.
